In the framework of the GREENER project partners are working on the preparation of a depth analysis about the relation of SMEs with public procurement, through the feedback of SMEs and public authorities. The aim of the questionnaires is to identify the public administration and companies’ skills gap and the barriers which hamper the diffusion of Circular and Green Public Procurement.
In addition to the questionnaire, partners will also launch a set of interviews to complement the in-depth questionnaires.The interviews will take place in Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy and Spain and will address public authorities and SMEs.
